Detailed steps of the production process and installation method of the cap-light box:
1. Firstly, prepare the materials such as aluminum profiles, accessories (4 large decoding | small decoding each) bottom plate, light box, power supply, light cloth, other tools (screwdriver | screw | adhesive | gloves).
2. According to the 45° Angle, combine the four sections with the frame perfectly, and the diagonal pairs are in place.
3. The screws on the inner and outer decoding are tightened with a screwdriver, so that the whole frame of the light box is completed.
4. Put the back plate into the frame, fix it with screws, then lay LED light strips on the bottom plate and fix it with glass glue. Install a power supply device at the edge of the outer frame at the outlet point (connect the red and blue lines respectively).
5. Install the canvas and insert the silica gel bar that has been installed around the UV soft film into the aluminum profile frame. Changing the painting is also a way to change the painting by pulling out the rubber bar.
6. The next step is to remove the needle edge of the four corners, so as not to accidentally hurt the hand. So the whole light box was made.
