Boundless word production process
1. Process image files, export and save appropriate formats through mapping software such as corlDREW or Ventai.
2. Import the processing file into the operation procedure of NC engraving machine and select the engraving path to get the carved acrylic and PVC back plate.
3. Import the processing file into the operation program of the bending machine, and start the processing to get the slotted and bent edge strip.
4. Use glue to fix the acrylic panel and the edge strip.
5. Glue the LED tape onto the PVC back panel.
6. Glue and fix the PVC back plate with LED light tape to the letter shell.
7. Aluminum plate boundless word, processing completed.
